These terms cover your use of the shore-ai.com website, which is run by SHORE AI LLC, a California company. By using the site you agree to them. Our other sites have their own terms.
What this site is
This site tells you about our AI agents, our consulting work and our family of websites, and lets you contact us. What it says is general information. It is not an offer, a quote or a promise of any result.
Consulting and project work
If you hire us, the work is covered by a separate written agreement or proposal that you accept. It sets out the scope, fees and timing. If it conflicts with these terms, the written agreement controls.
AI-made content
AI can make mistakes. Anything an AI agent produces, on this site or in our work, should be reviewed by a person before you rely on it. Nothing we provide is legal, financial, tax, medical or other professional advice, and using it does not create a professional relationship with you.
Using the site
- Use it lawfully and give accurate information when you contact us.
- Do not try to overload the site, probe it for weaknesses or interfere with how it works.
- Do not copy the site or pass it off as your own.
Ownership
The site, its text, design and the SHORE AI name and logo belong to SHORE AI LLC. You may view and share links to the site, but you may not reuse our content or marks without our written permission. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without owing you anything.
Links to other sites
The site links to our other websites and to outside services. We are not responsible for the content or practices of sites we do not run, and each of our own sites has its own terms.
No warranties
The site is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error free, or that it will meet your needs.
Limit of our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, SHORE AI LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data or opportunities, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim arising from the site is limited to $100. This does not limit anything that the law does not allow us to limit, and it does not change what a written client agreement says about paid work.
Changes and ending
We may change the site or these terms, and we will update the date above. We may block access to anyone who misuses the site. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, unless the law gives you the right to go elsewhere.
