SHORE Privacy Policy
Last updated October 9, 2026
The short version: we collect only what you send us and basic visit counts, we use it to reply and do the work, and we never sell it. Our other sites each have their own privacy page too.
Who we are
SHORE AI LLC is a California company based in Malibu. We build AI agents that automate routine work for businesses and people, we consult with hotels and other businesses on putting AI to work, and we run a family of simple, single-purpose websites. This page covers the shore-ai.com website. Each of our other sites has its own privacy page that describes what that site does with your information.
What we collect
- What you send us. If you use the contact form or email us, we receive your name, email address, phone number if you give one, and your message.
- Business information from clients. If you hire us, you may share documents, data and access so we can do the work. We use it only for that work.
- Basic visit information. Like most sites, we see which pages are visited, roughly where visitors are, what kind of device and browser they use, and how they found us.
We do not ask for payment details on this site.
How we use it
- To answer your message and to do the work you ask us to do.
- To understand how the site is used and to improve it.
- To keep the site secure and to meet legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics and Plausible to count visits. We have turned off Google's advertising features and ad personalization. Plausible does not use cookies. You can block analytics in your browser settings or with a blocker, and the site will work the same. The site also remembers your light or dark choice on your own device.
Who else handles it
We use a small number of service providers to run the site: hosting, a form service that delivers contact messages to us, and analytics. They handle your information only to provide those services to us. Where we use AI in client work, information is processed by an AI service provider only as needed to do that work. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep messages and client information for as long as we need them to respond, do the work and keep ordinary business records, then delete or anonymize them. Tell us if you would like something removed sooner.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect information, including encrypted connections and limited access. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send us anything highly sensitive through the contact form.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. California residents have these rights under California privacy law, and we will not treat you differently for using them. To make a request, write to us at SHORE AI LLC, 23838 Pacific Coast Highway, Malibu, CA 90265-0274, or info@shore-ai.com. We may need to confirm it is you before we act.
Children
This site is for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
We may update this page. We will change the date above when we do.
